Refund Timeframe

Customers have a specific timeframe (2 days) to request refunds starting from the date the contracted tour package is completed. Notifications must be made within this period via our customer service channels.


Refund Conditions

To be eligible, the following conditions must be met:

– Partial refunds will only be made if any of the services included in the package were not received.

Cases where partial refunds are guaranteed:

– Tour packages partially used due to reasons beyond the company’s control.

– Changes in the itinerary not communicated within the established timeframe.

Procedure

Once the tour package has concluded, customers have up to 2 days to submit their claim via email. We will review the request and respond within a maximum of 2 business days with the resolution.


Conditions

Refunds will not be processed if the request is not sent within 2 days after the service ends.

If the request is approved, the partial refund will be processed via bank transfer or any other available method, subject to the company’s availability.
